Will the 20th time be a charm? Will I finally keep an updated website?

Probably not, but at least there is a picture gallery setup this time, which is the main point of this site.  File dumpage.  There will be a higher likelihood of random cat or bass pictures than posts of me pouring out details of my personal life.
